Joe and I decided to celebrate our ROM anniversary earlier this year as 23rd December actually falls on a weekday. We had actually checked out Ferringhi Grill at Rasa Sayang Hotel a month ago as the review of its steak was good. We were quite impressed with the restaurant setting and its array of menu eventhough the food is a bit pricey.
So on 20th December 2008, both Joe and I headed to Ferringhi Grill for our anniversary dinner. We arrived a bit late around 7.30pm as the bridge was jammed. Once we were there, we were greeted by their gracious hostess who guided us to their lounge for drinks first. We were served yummy cashew nuts while waiting for our table to ready.

Once our table is ready, we were ushered to the restaurant dining section. The table setting was so much Christmas themed due to the festive season, nice......... :)



We were spoilt for choice with the menus but after much deliberation, we decided to order Oxtail Soup and Mushroom Soup for starters, Australian Ribeye King's cut for Joe's main dish, and Australian Wagyu Beef for me. My wagyu beef is kinda pricey at RM180 but it is so good..... yummy.... the beef practically melts in my mouth! Haha.... talking about it does make my saliva drops!

We spent about RM500 for the anniversary dinner but were truly satisfied with the food and service there. It was truly a night to remember and a splendid experience for both of us.............
